UTOPIA (2013)

In 2010, in a 'top secret' office at Sky TV, I did backstory research (historical, scientific, political and conspiracy therories...) for an original TV thriller series in development in house - working with the creators, Clare McDonald and Mark Aldridge, and Sky Drama Commissioning Editor, Huw Kennair-Jones.

My research file was handed over to Kudos Film and Television, who developed the series with writer Dennis Kelly for Sky, before acquiring and taking the project to Channel 4, where it became the acclaimed UTOPIA and ran for two series.

A US-remake was in the works, with HBO, David Fincher and GONE GIRL's Gillian Flynn. It has now been picked up by Amazon Studios, as part of Gillian Flynn's deal.
